4 1/2" shutters. 2 panel open center design with no split. A lot of times on a window this small we just make one shutter. However this is actually 2 windows side by side so in this case we made 2 shutters so that the shutters lined up properly with the windows. Also please notice the use of our white hinges. By using the white hinges you do not notice them and they just blend in. And for other applications we have hinges in any finish.

By using the shutters, this homeowner achieved the view that they wanted but are still reflecting the sun away so that their furnishings do not get damaged. A lot if times a homeowner wants to use a shade, but to see out the shade has to be up. With the shade up you have no protection from the sun's damaging UV rays. With the shutters problem solved.
